Stop guessing about your message, your team, or yourself.
Not sure where to start?
If you keep reworking your marketing message and it never feels right,
If your people are capable and the work still takes more out of them than it should,
If you know what your role asks of you and want to know what you bring beyond it,
Stop guessing about the real problem you solve for your customers.
You already know your business and your brand better than anyone. Together we get that knowledge out of your heads, onto a page, and into the way your team works.
Schedule a callSession one: build your BrandScript
Half dayYou, your marketing leader, and the people who write and create sit in one room. I ask questions, and you answer from what you already know about your customers, your product, and why people choose you. By the end of the session, the story your business has been telling in pieces lives in one place: a BrandScript built on the StoryBrand framework. From it, we write your tagline and your elevator pitch.
Session two: sharpen it
About 90 minutes · 1–2 days laterWe come back with fresh eyes, tighten the language, and develop five marketing soundbites: short, repeatable statements about the problem you solve, how you’ve felt it yourself, what you offer, the change your customers experience, and the result they get. Each one is a starting point your team can build content from again and again. Then we join them into your brand story, one paragraph that tells your customers why you care about solving their problem. Before we finish, we choose the first pieces your team will write.
Four weeks of putting it to work
Your team brings first drafts. We look at them together and spot where the old habits sneak back in. Leaders can head out after that, and writers and creators stay for open Q&A about the questions that came up while they were writing.
We build your content plan together: what to create, in what order, and by when. Second drafts come in, and your leader approves the first pieces to go out under the new standard.
We load your BrandScript and soundbites into your AI tool so it works from the same standard you do.
Your team checks a draft against the BrandScript on their own. I’m there if they need me.
- Your BrandScript, with a tagline and elevator pitch built from it
- Your five marketing soundbites, each one a starting point for more content
- Your brand story, a single paragraph built from your soundbites
- A content plan: what to create first, in what order, and by when
- A team that works with confidence, because they can check their own work against the message you agreed on
Good to know
- Before we meet, I review your existing marketing so we start from what you’ve already said.
- Your team, or a writer you hire, writes your copy, working from the standard we build together.
- You’ll need a leader who can make marketing decisions, learns the new language, and approves the first rounds of work.
Stop guessing about how to utilize your team’s natural strengths.
Every person on your team has work that gives them energy and work that drains it. This is where you find out what each person is built to do.

You take the Working Genius assessment first, so you’ve seen your own results before you ask your team to see theirs.
Before the workshop
Each team member takes the same short assessment on their own. Nothing else to prepare.
The workshop
Half dayI walk your team through the six types of working genius. Everyone sees their own results, including the work they’re gifted at and the work that wears them out. Then we put the whole team on one map. You’ll see where your strengths gather, where the gaps are, and what that explains about the wins and struggles you’ve lived through.
Your follow-up session
One-on-oneJust you and me, with the team map in front of us. We work out who should be doing what, where you might borrow or hire, and what to change first.
- Individual assessment results for your entire team
- Your team map
- A shared way for everyone to talk about how they work best
- A plan for putting each person’s strengths to use
Good to know
- You attend the workshop, and everyone completes the assessment beforehand.
- Bringing this to your leader? The workshop needs them there, and they take the assessment first.
- Additional time with me is available if you want help carrying out the plan we build.
Stop guessing about what you’re already good at.
You’ve used your strengths before, often in ways your job never asked for. Over the years your role and your company became the way you describe yourself, and some of what you’re good at slipped out of view. This is where you find it, put words to it, and make it yours.
